We came here on a few days trip to Bangkok. Our server was called Beer and he served us really well, it was a great experience. The food was lovely, it’s a great setting and with excellent customer service it makes it an enjoyable night. Great views - would highly recommend it.

Recommended! Excellent couple dinner date

Lovely! Beer’s service was implacable, so kind helpful and servicial. The views are spectacular and they have some vegan options in the menu like the garden salas which is super yummy. They have many unexpected details that make it an excellent experience. Totally recommend it!

Just returned after a 5 night stay at the Banyan Tree in Bangkok and was so impressed with the Hotel, especially the staff. The location is great and easy to get to the trains and always taxis and Tuk Tuk waiting outside if you need. The rooms are huge and always a little gift with the turn down service. The buffet breakfast was brilliant and just so much to choose from. The staff were always on hand to help and advise, everyone was just so friendly. I love it and will be back on my next trip to Bangkok. The roof top bar is a must!! Amazing views of the city and as a hotel guest there is no minimum spend if you wanted to go up and have a drink and enjoy the view. The only negative I had was the gym… I understand it's a hotel gym but thought it was a little sparse on machines and work out stuff but enough for a few simple workouts. So if you not to going on holiday to use the gym then defiantly stay here!!!

The view and vibe definitely made the visit luminant. Food and drinks are all good, but Beer, our waiter, had upped the whole dining experience. He gave us many nice course recommendations and organized as well small surprises along the way.

When you are traveling solo or with friends or businesses partners, this is the perfect place to come enjoy the view and get the real VIP treatment. I recommend to make a reservation, however they did took care of me with out one and give me one of the best tables and by far the best person to take care of me “ Beer” went above and beyond to make me feel at home and that there was no one else else in the restaurant by me to take care of. Amazing. Thank you
